'Leg Curl | Swiss Ball Exercises'

'The leg curl using the stability ball is one of the best exercises to work the hamstrings and here is a step by step guide how to do it correctly.  It doesn\'t matter what size ball you use however the larger the ball with the shorter the person will make the exercise a bit more difficult to do. Here are the steps to performing the exercise:  1. Lay on your back and place your feet and ankles on the ball, toes pointing up to the sky. 2. Raise your hips as high as they will go keeping your arms on the floor to support your body. 3. Curl the ball in towards your butt so your feet end up flat on top of the ball. 4. Pause and slowly return to the starting position.
